Shinnyo-en is a path of awakening, open to all. It offers an accessible system of training that can be taken up by anybody. Shinnyo-en was founded by the accomplished Buddhist master Shinjo and continues to thrive under the spiritual guidance of his daughter and spiritual heir, Her Holiness Keishu Shinso. Her Holiness gives teachings that are relevant to modern living. She is acutely aware that the increasing complexities of the world are beginning to alienate people from one other, and wishes to help people reconnect with their natural warmth and kindness. The Shinnyo-en path is a clear and simple method to achieve that essential goal.
